Is this available?
Yes — our calendar is up to date and instant book is enabled. Last-minute bookings welcome!
Can I check in early / check out late?
We can sometimes offer a 1–2 hour courtesy window if requested within 72 hours of arrival/departure. More than that may require booking an extra night.
Can I store luggage?
We don’t offer storage, but major stations (like Ueno or Shinjuku) have lockers. We also recommend Takkyubin luggage delivery from the airport.
How do I get the access code?
We’ll send your Welcome Pack 1–2 weeks before arrival with walking directions and your personal keypad code.
Is the house cleaned during my stay?
Not during your stay unless you request it. Mid-stay cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged.

🚆 By Train: Take the Keikyu Line to Shinagawa Station (~20 minutes). Transfer to the JR Yamanote Line and ride to Komagome Station (~25 minutes). Walk 10 minutes to the house.
🚕 By Taxi: Around 40–50 minutes, fare approximately ¥8,000–11,000, depending on traffic. Recommended for families or late-night arrivals.
✈️ From Narita Airport (NRT)
🚆 By Train (fastest): Take the Keisei Skyliner to Nippori Station (~40 minutes). Transfer to the JR Yamanote Line, ride 2 stops to Komagome Station (~4 minutes). Walk 10 minutes to the house.
🚌 By Limousine Bus: Take a bus to Tokyo Station or Ikebukuro Station (~90–120 minutes), then transfer to the JR Yamanote Line to Komagome (~10–15 minutes).
🚕 By Taxi: About 90–120 minutes, fare around ¥25,000–30,000. Best for groups with lots of luggage or very early/late arrivals.
🚉 From Komagome Station (JR Yamanote Line)
🚶♂️ Walk approximately 10 minutes from the South Exit of Komagome Station to the house.
🚕 Or take a short 2–3 minute taxi ride if you’re carrying luggage or arriving in bad weather.
