- This is the closest and recommended station for arrival.
🚶 From Asagaya Station (JR Chuo Line)
- Walking time: approximately 15 minutes
- Asagaya Station offers convenient JR access to Shinjuku, Tokyo Station, and western Tokyo suburbs.
✈️ From Narita International Airport (NRT)
- Estimated travel time: 90–120 minutes
- Take the Narita Express to Shinjuku Station, then transfer to the Marunouchi Subway Line to Minami Asagaya Station.
✈️ From Haneda Airport (HND)
- Estimated travel time: 45–70 minutes
- Travel into central Tokyo via train, then transfer to the Marunouchi Subway Line and exit at Minami Asagaya Station.

Payment Schedule
30% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
30% of the payment is required 30 days before arrival.
The remaining amount is to be paid 7 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €270 is held on 1 days before arrival and voided on 2 days after departure

📅 Minimum Stay
This apartment is available exclusively for monthly stays, with a minimum booking period of 30 nights.
It is designed for guests seeking comfortable, fully furnished accommodation for work assignments, relocations or extended stays in Tokyo.
📝 Monthly Rental Agreement
As this is a monthly residential rental, guests will be asked to complete a simple rental agreement before check-in in accordance with Japanese tenancy regulations.
The agreement outlines the standard terms of your stay and helps ensure a smooth experience for both guests and the property owner.
💳 Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit may be required prior to check-in. Any applicable deposit amount will be confirmed before your booking is finalised.
⚡ Utilities
Electricity, gas and water are included in your monthly rate up to ¥30,000 per month, which is more than sufficient for normal day-to-day living.
If utility usage exceeds this allowance due to unusually high consumption, the additional amount will be charged at cost.
🧹 Cleaning
A professional clean is included before your arrival and after your departure.
Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
👤 Guest Registration
All occupants must be registered before arrival.
Identification will be required for each guest. In accordance with Japanese law, non-resident guests will be required to provide a copy of their passport before check-in.
🚭 House Rules
This is a quiet residential building. We kindly ask guests to respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, particularly during the evening and early morning.
Smoking, parties and events are not permitted.
